Whatever your involvement with the Supporting People programme, your views are important to us!

  

 

This section gives you an opportunity to tell us what you think about any aspect of the Supporting People programme in Brighton & Hove.

Your feedback is an essential part of our commitment to delivering services to the highest possible standards.

So, whether you want to tell us something good, something bad or if you wish to make a complaint - we want to hear from you.


Confidentiality

Brighton and Hove City Council will not tolerate the victimisation or harassment of anyone raising a genuine concern. However, we recognise that you may want to tell us things in confidence.

If you raise a concern or issue with us, we will not disclose your name to anyone else without agreeing this with you first. If we cannot resolve an issue without revealing your identity (for example, if we need you to give evidence in court), we will discuss with you whether and how we can proceed.


You might want to:

  • give us your views as a Service User on the service and support you are receiving;
  • give us your views as a Service Provider on the service you receive from the Supporting People team;
  • give us your views if you have learning difficulties;
  • tell us an issue of concern you have about a service that you think we should know about;
  • give us any general comments you would like to make about the Supporting People programme and;
  • tell us what you think about this website.

All the information you give will be sent electronically to a secure address at Brighton & Hove City Council. It will only be opened and viewed by a member of the Supporting People team.
